Romanian and valuable concerning the music and dances are the one from The Group Ciocarlia. This group has in repertoire voice parts, instrumentals, orchestral and Ballet, from all folk areas of Romania.

Most beautiful moments of this group are when they show to the public parts and songs like:

• Hora Staccato – is a virtuoso violin showpiece by Grigoraş Dinicu.
• The well-known Ciocarlia – One of the most known renditions of Ciorârlia is performed by Romanian pan flute musician Gheorghe Zamfir.
• Calusu – the famous Romanian folk dance
• La oglindă – poem by George Cosbuc, 1890 Ballads and romance
• Ma dusei sa trec la Olt etc.

Ciocarlia is more than an art group. Ciocarlia is a symbol. Ciocarlia is part of the Romanian folk.
