The lead role of this production: an easy-to-make delicious desert, regardless of your cooking skills, but more importantly, of your main target. To me, these are the real cheese dumplings (and not the fried ones), plus they are much more light and healthy. So, the ingredients you need in order to get, at about, 20 cheese dumplings, are:
• 500 gr. cow cheese
• 3 spoons of gris
• 1 spoon of flour
• 1-2 eggs
• salt
• 5 spoons of biscuit
• 50 gr. of margarine
• 2-3 spoons of sugar
• cream – optional
This dish is quite easy to prepare, as I mentioned before, and the dumplings should be on on the set in about 30 minutes, that including the make-up. We first smash the cheese using a fork, after which we mix it up with the gris, the egg, the flour and the salt. We blend it well until we get a unitary mixture and then we create round-shaped dumplings from it and get them in boiled salted water. We will know that the dumplings are ready when, once they rise to the surface, we let it boil a few times more. We carefully get them out, in order to evoid breaking them, after which we roll them in the gris which we fried in margarine. We then put them in a tray or a yena plate and get it in the oven for about 10 minutes. We powder the dumplings’ noses with sugar, or we can serve it with some cream.
